Moving my stuff out.
I had friends help me move my stuff from the toasted house up to the enclosed garage the past two weekends. We made use of my new T-1 PJ Trailer that has a tilt bed. We'd load furniture and appilances on it and I would take to the garage where it would be unloaded. A lot of ruined stuff was going into the construction dumpster.
We still have the big heavy things to move and a bunch of smaller items. I'll be taking the boat and its trailer to the dump as the tear down folks wanted $500 to take it to the dump. I'll use the new trailer and save over $435! I was also using the Kubota to take bags of trash to the dumpster and bags of stuff to the garage in the front end loader.
The stained glass window to the bathroom was removed by Chuck. That may be 'hanging art' in the new house....or not.
Hopefully someone will purchase the cabinets before the D-Day crew arrives October 3rd. (Destruction-Day)
They will be removing the carport debris and tearing house apart and putting into dump trucks.
Chuck set up my travel trailer's TV so that my Hulu and other online channels can play on the TV instead of my iPad. He couldn't get the iMac to do the same with KODI. The only thing is that the air conditioner in the living area is so LOUD and makes it hard to hear the TV! Sometimes when it cool enough for me I flip off the curcuit breaker for the AC and just have the ceiling fan running.
